About Chef Mary

I was born in a small town in the mid-west where fish fry’s with “fresh out of the lake” caught Perch and Walleye, by my Dad and brothers were the norm on Fridays and Saturdays. The Sunday “soul-food” family dinners prepared by my mom kept me connected to my deep southern roots and started me on my cooking journey. Our fresh fruits and vegetable out of our family garden that were canned and frozen, often sustained us during those harsh winters. Over the years I learned and taught the art of “Cooking”! My love for cooking has taught me to appreciate a “Good Meal” made with love. With that, I bring love to every dish and dessert that I make with a mid-western flair and southern soul flavor.
